The location is convenient because public transport is easily accessible. A tram stop was very close. The room was quiet and spacious. Housekeeping changed towels and made the bed daily.
AC didn't work, I was told as I entered the room. I got only one towel to use both at the pool and for showers. Breakfast was minimalistic. Each time I tried to call the front desk using the hotel phone, it failed.

The hotel provides convenient access to public transportation. The train station is close. I found a supermarket conveniently across the street. It made getting supplies very easy. The room had facilities for tea and coffee, a welcome addition. The bathroom was nice too.

The location was amazing! it was super easy to get around as southern cross station and trams were just across the road (talk about convenience!). parking was easy, i had no trouble finding a spot. the lifts were quick, and i liked the waiting area in the foyer. It was a nice spot to relax.
The air conditioning wasn't cooling the room enough. It felt a little too warm for my liking.

this hotel is super central to many facilities, trams, and trains. marvel stadium and southern cross station were very handy to reach. the proximity to spencer street outlet, including coles, was very convenient (especially for grabbing snacks!).

the location was perfect. the staff stored our bags until check in and stored them for the day after we checked out. the room was nice and neat.
i didn't like the bed it had a dip in the mattress. the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly under the sink area. the tv was small.

My room felt spacious, definitely a good value for the money I paid. the southern cross station was only five minutes away. It made everything very convenient. I found most places within a walkable distance, a great advantage. The minibar was the ONLY noise I noticed, a surprising plus for such a central spot.
the shower floor was very dangerous when wet.
